Ingredients
  

  • 2 fl oz Gin
  • 1/2 fl oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 Splash Olive brine

Instructions
 

  • Half fill shaker with ice and add Dry Vermouth
  • Shake, and drain Vermouth
  • Add gin and a splash of Olive brine
  • Shake vigorously until very cold
  • Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an Olive
