Dirty Martini
Equipment
- Shaker
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz Gin
- 1/2 fl oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 Splash Olive brine
Instructions
- Half fill shaker with ice and add Dry Vermouth
- Shake, and drain Vermouth
- Add gin and a splash of Olive brine
- Shake vigorously until very cold
- Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an Olive
