Ingredients
  

  • 1 dash Absinthe
  • 1 fl oz Gin
  • 1 fl oz Dry Vermouth ideally Lillet
  • 1 fl oz Lemon juice
  • 1 fl oz Cointreau

Instructions
 

  • Half fill shaker with ice
  • Add absinthe, rinse and drain
  • Add remaining ingredients and shake well
  • Strain into a chilled glass
