- Shaker
Ingredients
- 1 dash Absinthe
- 1 fl oz Gin
- 1 fl oz Dry Vermouth ideally Lillet
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice
- 1 fl oz Cointreau
Instructions
- Half fill shaker with ice
- Add absinthe, rinse and drain
- Add remaining ingredients and shake well
- Strain into a chilled glass
