Waldorf
Sort of an Absinthe tinted Manhattan
Ingredients
- 1/4 fl oz Absinthe
- 3/4 fl oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 fl oz Rye Whiskey
- 2 dashes Bitters
Instructions
- Rinse a mixing glass with Absinthe, and discard
- fill mixing glass with ice, and add remaining ingredients
- Stir for 30 seconds
- Strain into a cocktail glass
