  • 1 Shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 40 cl Brennivin Ideally straight from the freezer
  • 20 cl Fino Sherry
  • 60 cl Indian Tonic Water

Instructions
 

  • Combine Brennivin and Sherry in a shaker with ice; shake vigorously
  • Strain into a highball glass
  • Add tonic water
