Last Stand
Absinthe manages to be subtle here
Ingredients
- 1/4 fl oz Absinthe
- 1 1/4 fl oz Bourbon
- 4 dashes Bitters
- 1 wedge Lemon
- Soda Water
Instructions
- In a large glass, swirl the Absinthe to coat
- Discard excess Absinthe
- Squeeze lemon and add to glass
- Add Bourbon and Bitters
- Fill 3/4 full with ice
- Top off with soda water
