My own invention! Brennivin is a caraway flavored aquavit from Iceland, combined with the somewhat salty Fino Sherry and tempered with a little toni.

Equipment
- 1 Shaker
Ingredients
- 40 cl Brennivin Ideally straight from the freezer
- 20 cl Fino Sherry
- 60 cl Indian Tonic Water
Instructions
- Combine Brennivin and Sherry in a shaker with ice; shake vigorously
- Strain into a highball glass
- Add tonic water
