Ingredients
  

  • 2 fl oz Gin
  • 1/2 fl oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 Olive

Equipment

  • Shaker

Method
 

  1. Half fill shaker with ice
  2. Add Dry Vermouth and shake, then drain vermouth
  3. Add Gin and shake vigorously until very cold
  4. Strain into a chilled Martini glass
  5. Garnish with an olive
